Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Liotha's website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in proposals or statements of work (SOWs). Material changes may adjust fees and schedules.

2. Fees & Payment

Typical schedule: 50% deposit, 40% after design approval, 10% before launch, unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.

3. IP & Confidentiality

Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables are granted as specified. Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

4. Liability & Termination

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services. Either party may terminate per SOW; earned fees remain due.

5. Governing Law & Changes
